You’ve heard some office buzzwords from me β€œπ˜²π˜Άπ˜ͺ𝘦𝘡 𝘲𝘢π˜ͺ𝘡𝘡π˜ͺπ˜―π˜¨β€ and β€œπ˜©π˜¦π˜Ί-𝘩𝘒𝘯𝘨π˜ͺπ˜―π˜¨β€, here’s a new one:

What if the answer to productivity, is not in working less, but re-energizing smarter?

Studies suggest short naps:

  • boost cognitive function,
  • improve memory,
  • and enhance creativity.

Mandatory nap time could be the key to a happier, more productive workforce?

How does it take shape:

1. Company-wide nap pods: Strategically placed throughout the office for maximum snooze convenience.

2. A daily lottery system to determine who gets a designated 20-minute power nap. (FOMO alert!)

3. An AI based system takes project planning into account and adds a probability score to being picked based on needed energy-level or simple effort required.
